Bigger symbols represent high weight rabbits. Squares and circles represent hard and soft feces, respectively. (C): PCoA shows distinct bacterial communities between high and low weight hard feces. (D): No significant differences in bacterial communities were observed between high and low Weight soft feces. Sequences were normalized to the depth of 21,522 sequences with 10 times of subsampling to minimize the effect of sequencing depth. Asterisk shows significant differences between groups (** p <0.01, * p <0.05, Mann-Whitney U test).
