Locations of sampling sites.
Locations of the sixteen nests used in the analyses of the relationship between contamination levels and DNA damage of the nestlings. Each location may correspond to more than one nest sampled. Contamination levels are derived from official data from the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) and used to interpolate a map of contamination at 1-m height.
