Procedures for FACS analysis of heterotypic CICs.

The assay consists of four consecutive steps starting from cell staining, followed by CICs formation and preparing cell suspension, to end up with FACS analysis by flow cytometry. Heterotypic CICs formed between tumor cells and immune cells will be double positive in Q2, while cells in Q1 or Q3 are single positive in red or green and not involving in CICs formation.
