(A) Representative FACS analysis of annexin V and PI staining of MGC803 cells infected with retrovirus expressing either control or Sirt7 knockdown vectors for 48 hours. (B) Quantitative analysis of Annexin V-positive cells of indicated gastric cancer cell lines. (C) Sirt7 knockdown induces expression of pro-apoptotic proteins and inhibits expression of anti-apoptotic proteins in MGC803 cells. (D) Sirt7 knockdown increases TUNEL-positive cells.
