Fluorescence spectra of compounds 1, 3, 6 and 15 in the presence of equimolar concentration of WtAS.
Samples of of WtAS (20 µM) containing compounds 1, 3, 6 and 15 were incubated for 15 min and excited at their wavelength maxima; 427 nm for curcumin and 330 nm for compounds 3, 6 and 15. Results are mean of three different experiments done in duplicate.
