In vivo imaging data for Katushka2S and iRFP720 in mice.

Transfected cells were injected into backs of NSG mice (500,000 and 250,000 cells each, n = 8) and imaged on IVIS Spectrum. Fluorescence signals for each implant were normalized to corresponding firefly luciferase luminescence.
