  1. Expression of CB2, GPR55 and GPR18, alongside the reference gene actin, was determined by real-time PCR using 500 ng of cDNA per reaction with the following thermal profile: 95 °C for 5 min, 40 cycles of 95 °C for 30 s, 60 °C for 20 s, 72 °C for 30 s and a final step of 72 °C for 5 min. Mean threshold cycle (Ct) value and SEM were calculated from n = 4 biological replicates.
