From: Temperature Dependence of Electrical and Thermal Conduction in Single Silver Nanowire
XRD pattern of the silver nanowires.
According to the XRD results, the lattice plane spacing for peaks (111), (220) and (311) are 2.3616 Å, 1.4518 Å and 1.2287 Å respectively. The corresponding lattice constant can be calculated as 4.09 Å, 4.11 Å and 4.08 Å for the nanowire in our work. The lattice constant of bulk silver is 4.09 Å. This confirms the FCC structure of silver crystal.
