Cytotoxicity of Catechin-Cu nanoparticle and Catechin in HepG2 cells as assessed by MTT assay.

Cells were treated with silica nanoparticles at the concentrations of 0, 1, 5, 10, 20, 40, 100 and 200 ppm for 24 h. At the end of treatment cytotoxicity parameters were determined as described in the methods.
