HRTEM images of the region as indicated by the corresponding colored squares, the insets in (c) are selected area electron diffraction image of corresponding region. The spacing between adjacent lattice planes are 0.26 nm and 0.28 nm, in agreement with the distance between two (002) and (100) crystal planes of wurtzite ZnO, respectively.
