TGF-β1 downregulates miR-29 in human fibroblasts and cancer associated fibroblasts.
Primary human pancreatic fibroblasts or cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) isolated from human PDAC tumors were stimulated with 10 ng/ml of TGF-β1 for 24 hours and total RNA was isolated for miR-29 expression analysis. (a) qPCR analysis of miR-29 family members in TGF-β1 activated primary human pancreatic fibroblasts or (b) PDAC CAFs (n = 3).
