EGCG regulates the neutrophil elastase-induced migration of A549 cells.
EGCG inhibits the activity of neutrophil elastase by directly binding to neutrophil elastase. EGCG enhances the expression of AAT by up-regulating the Akt/PI3K signaling pathway.
