The six commonly upregulated lncRNAs are described in the table and their expression levels in different tissues (heart, hippocampus, liver, lung, spleen and thymus) are indicated in the heat map on the right. It can be seen that most lncRNAs are highly expressed in immune organs (spleen and thymus).
