(C) The spectra extracted from the tumor region with nonsense nanobeacons weaker bands at 1712, 1662, 1493 cm−1 and new bands at 1750 and 1100 cm−1. (E) The spectra extracted from the tumor region of mice treated with anti-Kras nanobeacons show stronger bands at 1712, 1662, 1493 and 1082 cm−1.
