Effect of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on the expression of HOXA5 and TP53 in LPS cells.
LPS cells were treated with 10 μM ATRA for 2–12 h. At each time point, cells were harvested and subjected to qRT-PCR and Western blot analyses. MCF7 cell line was used as a positive control.
