The horizontal dashed line represents the Benjamini-Hochberg FDR threshold of significance assigned for subsequent analysis of phosphopeptides. Peptides significantly decreased in mpkDCT cells following dDAVP treatment are indicated in green, those significantly increased in abundance are indicated in red.
