(A–F) Total RNA was extracted from the left femur and tibia of each mouse and reverse transcribed into cDNA, which was used in RT-PCR as described in the Methods section. The expression levels of TRAP, CTSK, CTR, V-ATPase a3, V-ATPase d2 and NFATc1 were examined (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01).
