Increased mortality in TLR2^−/− mice exposed to IR.

Survival of TLR2^−/− and WT mice to month 12 without IR in SPF conditions (n = 8). TLR2^−/− (n = 40) and WT (n = 40) mice were randomly divided into four groups and exposed to 5.5, 6.5, 7.5 or 8.5 Gy ⁶⁰Co-γ radiation (dose rate: 1 Gy/min).
