Quantitative PCR analysis of sequencing libraries.

Relative enrichment of target (HIV-1CC30gag) and loss of non-target target (B2m) were measured by qPCR pre- and post-capture. Capture was performed (A) using 20% formamide and different temperatures (47 °C or touch-down), or (B) at reduced formamide concentrations (10% or 0% as indicated). All samples were performed in 2 or 4 technical replicates. ND: Not detected.
