The effect of G(α)i/o, PI3K and Rac1 signals on S1P-induced BMM migration.

Serum-starved cells were pretreated for 1 hour with G(α)i/o antagonist PTX (a) or PI3K antagonist LY294002 (b). Pretreated cells were then allowed to migration in the presence of S1P. (c) Western blot analysis for activation of Rac1 using active Rac1 Pull-Down and Detection kit. All results were confirmed in three independent experiments at least. *P < 0.05 vs. untreated control cells. #P < 0.05 vs. S1P-treated cells alone.
