Expression analysis of genes encoding the ten immunoglobulin-binding proteins using quantitative real-time PCR.
The expression levels of the ten Ig-binding proteins were validated for various developmental stages by relative qRT-PCR analysis. The relative expression levels of the genes were calculated using SDS v1.4 software (Applied Biosystems) and the error bars represent the standard deviation for three technological replicates.
