(a) The ratio of the pressure of cargo (Gcargo − Fcargo) to the dry mass of hydrogel walker (m0g). (b) The pressure of hydrogel walkers loaded with diffierent weights of cargo (Gcargo + Ghydrogel − Fcargo − Fhydrogel) on the ratchet. Gcargo and Ghydrogel are the gravity of the cargo and the hydrogel walker respectively and Fcargo and Fhydrogel are the buoyancy of the cargo and the hydrogel walker in water respectively.
