Gene expression levels of immunosuppressive molecules in IL-11-induced MDSCs.

CD11b⁺ CD14⁺ cells were induced in the presence or absence of IL-11. Gene expression levels of ARG1, VEGF, TGF-β and IL-10 in control CD11b⁺CD14⁺ cells and IL-11-induced CD11b⁺CD14⁺ MDSCs were evaluated by quantitative PCR.
