GPR120 increases the bone formation rate (BFR) of ovariectomized mice.
Fluorochrome double labelling was performed by intramuscular injection of tetracycline hydrochloride and calcein administered 12 and 2 days before sacrifice. In all of the groups, the fresh osteoids were labelled with tetracycline hydrochloride and calcein. (A) Fluorochrome double labelling of each group.
