Morphology of RPCs seeded on electrospun SF/PLCL nanofibrous scaffolds.
(A–L): Fluorescent micrographs of GFP+RPCs grown on pure SF, SF:PLCL (3:1), SF:PLCL (1:1), SF:PLCL (1:3) and pure PLCL nanofibrous scaffolds under proliferation conditions for 3 days and the cell nuclei were counterstained with DAPI. The RPCs cultured on SF:PLCL (1:1) showed the highest cell density. Scale bars: 100 μm.
