Immunized Lysm-eGFP mice were challenge with i.a. with 10, 30 or 100 μg per joint of mBSA or vehicle (veh—sterile saline). (A) Representative fluorescence images of in vivo inflammation obtained in IVIS Spectrum 24 h after mBSA injection. (B) Quantification of mean fluorescence intensity of joints during the time course of mBSA-induced arthritis. Immunized Balb/C mice were challenge with i.a. with 10, 30 or 100 μg per joint of mBSA or vehicle (veh—sterile saline). Weight distribution (C) or paw surface distribution (D) was evaluated before and 3 up to 96 hours after mBSA injection using DWB. Data are means ± S.E.M.
