Inhibition of ERK and p38 MAPK signaling pathways by TBBt.

Mice were injected with 2 mg/kg TBBt and total lysates were prepared from kidney tissues 5 min after reperfusion. Expression and phosphorylation levels of p38 MAPK and ERK were analyzed by Western blotting. Values are expressed as the mean ± SEM (n = 5 mice per group). *p < 0.05 vs. sham; #p < 0.01 vs. VEH.
