Histologic investigations of lungs, livers and kidneys for the toxicity evaluation.
One representative mouse was picked from each group 24 hours after the fourth dosage and tissues were investigated histologically after H&E staining. Magnification of lungs and kidneys was 400×, while liver was 100×.
