Interaction of EFA6s with Dyn2.

Flag-cytohesin isoforms and -EFA6B (A), Flag-EFA6B and -BRAG2 (B) and Flag-EFA6 isoforms (C) were individually coexpressed with HA-Dyn2 in HEK293T cells. After 48 hr of expression, GEFs were immunoprecipitated with anti-Flag antibody beads and coimmunoprecipitated Dyn2 was assessed by western blotting probed with anti-HA antibody.
