Identification of binding site of EFA6B for Dyn2.

HA-Dyn2 and Flag-tagged deletion mutants of EFA6B were coexpressed in HEK293T cells. After immunoprecipitation of Flag-EFA6B mutants, coimmunoprecipitated Dyn2 was assessed by western blotting probed with anti HA-antibody.
