The false positive rate for a given threshold is defined as the proportion of neutral nonsynomous single nucleotide variants that are present in the 1000 genomes project and whose prediction scores are greater than the threshold value. The numbers inside the brackets denote the number of SNVs falling into the corresponding MAF range.
