From: Graphene wrinkling induced by monodisperse nanoparticles: facile control and quantification

The morphology of the 1-LG layer shows characteristic wrinkles, which density increases with increasing concentration of the NPs decorating the SiO2/Si substrate. Typical Raman spectra of the 1-LG@NPs samples (GNP1–GNP6) in the G and G’ region are presented in two bottom rows. The experimental data are marked with dark grey open circles, the fit of the individual components of the G and G’ modes is shown by red, blue and dark grey for the G1, G2 and D’ and by red and blue for the G’1 and G’2, respectively. The resulting curve (sum of the individual components) is represented by solid black line.
