Cellular pathway of JS-K-induced cell apoptosis in bladder cancer cells.

JS-K-induced bladder cancer cell apoptosis via the activation of cytochrome c, caspase-3/7 and AIF suppression of mitochondrial membrane potential and ATP. The production of ROS increased, which eventually led to apoptosis.
