EGF suppresses the levels of H3K4me2 in SKOV3 and HO8910 cells.
(a) SKOV3 and HO8910 cells were treated with 100 ng/ml EGF for the indicated times. Histone protein extracts harvested from the treated cells were subjected to western blotting and probed for H3K4me2 and histone H3. The error bars represent the mean ± SEM (n = 3).
