From: Giant electro-optic effect in Ge/SiGe coupled quantum wells
Electro-refraction measurement.
The wavelength dependence of the transmission is characteristic to the Fabry Perot effect induced by multiple reflections at the waveguide facets.The shift of the fringes with the applied electric field is related to the refractive index variation in the CQW structure.
