  1. DCs were co-cultured with indicated ratios of MSCs for 3 hours prior to addition of 100 ng/mL LPS for 24 hours. DC numbers remained constant. Co-stimulatory molecules on DCs, determined as CD11c+MHCII+, were determined by flow cytometry. The percentage and mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) is shown.
