  2. **Radiochemical purity: the measured % values by ITLC using Whatman no. 1 paper and 0.9% w/v NaCl solution as an eluent. Radiochemical purity was determined by following equation: E(%) = (1 − radioactivity of supernatant)/total radioactivity × 100%.
