Apelin is not able to induce the nuclear exclusion of FoxO3-TM in H9C2 cells.
(A) H9C2 cells overepressing the dominant negative mutant FoxO3-TM were submitted to hypoxic conditions (H) or kept in normoxia (N) in the presence or not of apelin (A), fixed and stained with an anti-FoxO3 antibody (in red). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (in blue). Imaging parameters were set to easily identify cells overexpressing FoxO3-TM (highlighted by stars in merge pictures). Bar is 10μm.
