The miR-141-3p may induce oxidative stress in the HepG2 cells.
The ROS production (A) and MDA content (C)were both significantly increased in HepG2 cells transfected with miR-141-3p mimics and both markedly decreased in HepG2 cells transfected with miR-141-3p inhibitor (B,D). Antioxidant capacity, including T-AOC activities and SOD activities were measured. Both of them were significantly decreased in HepG2 cells transfected with miR-141-3p mimics (E,G) and increased in HepG2 cells transfected with miR-141-3p inhibitor (F,H).
