The dendrogram shows the similarity relationship of genera based on Bray-Curtis distance and Ward’s hierarchical clustering method. Phyla are abbreviated as follows: Actinobacteria (A), Bacteroidetes (B), Firmicutes (F) and Proteobacteria (P).
