Figure 3

Changes in levels of secretion of IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-4 from CD4+CD25 T cells after 24-hour treatment with T-peptide.

T-peptide could markedly enhance the release of IFN-γ (a), dually regulate the release of IL-2 (b), while down-regulate level of secretion of IL-4 (c). T-peptide regulated the balance of IFN-γ/IL-4 of CD4+CD25 T cells at 24 hours (d). Data were represented as mean ± standard deviation (SD) and analyzed by software of SPSS 17.0 with a one-way ANOVA, n = 4 per group. Statistically significant difference as compared with the control group, (*)P < 0.05; Statistically significant difference as compared with the 1 μg/ml T-peptide group, (#)P < 0.05; Statistically significant difference as compared with the 10 μg/ml T-peptide group, (&)P < 0.05.
