From: Silicon nanowire and carbon nanotube hybrid for room temperature multiwavelength light source
Raman spectrum, obtained by using an excitation wavelength of 633 nm, of a NW sample infiltrated with the dispersion with the highest CNT concentration.
The main bands related to the SWCNT or Si NW vibration modes are identified. In the inset a detail of the spectrum, showing an expended view of the CNT RBM peaks, is reported.
