The color bands provide a simple visual comparison of module assignments (branch cuttings) based on the dynamic hybrid branch cutting method. The first band shows the results from the automatic single block analysis and the second color band visualizes the gene significance measure: “red” indicates a negative correlation with disease and “blue” indicates a positive correlation.
