Sub-cellular localization of TbEPT and TbCEPT by immunofluorescence microscopy.

T. brucei procyclic forms expressing tagged versions of (A) TbEPT or (B) TbCEPT (with the types and positions of the tags indicated in the left margin) were immunostained with antibodies against HA or cmyc, together with antibodies against aldolase (glycosomal marker) or BiP (luminal ER marker), in combination with the respective fluorescence-conjugated secondary goat anti-mouse and anti-rabbit antibodies. DNA in the composite pictures was stained with DAPI. DIC, differential interference contrast.
