Formononetin induced the activation of ROCK and MMP2/9 signaling pathways in HUVECs.
HUVECs were treated with 50 μM formononetin for 15, 30, 45, 60 min. Cells were subsequently harvested and extracted for western blot analysis. (A) The protein expression of the ROCK signal pathway and MMP2/9 were determined by western blotting. β-actin was used as a loading control.
