Nano-dopants concentration and temperature determine the nanostructures of phase interface based on “multi-core” model: (a) 2 wt% nanocomposites show small shallow-trap regions at 80 °C.(b) 5 wt% nanocomposites show large shallow-trap regions and low carrier mobility at 80 °C. (c) 2 wt% nanocomposites show large shallow-trap regions and high carrier mobility at 160 °C which help carriers transport. (d) 5 wt% nanocomposites show large shallow-trap regions and overlapping low-resistance paths at 160 °C which causes high energy carrier to attack polymer chains.
