ADAMTS5 is elevated in DMD, BMD and FSHD patient serum.
(a) ADAMTS5 abundance was measured by ELISA in serum samples from healthy control individuals (n = 18), DMD patients (n = 30), BMD patients (n = 30) and FSHD patients (n = 14). Data are shown as scatter plots showing individual replicates and box plots side-by-side. Error bars indicate mean +/− SEM. Box plots show median and interquartile range, whiskers represent the 10 to 90% range. Differences between groups were significant (P = 0.0023) as determined by one-way ANOVA.
