From: Mesoporous-silica nanofluidic channels for quick enrichment/extraction of trace pesticide molecules
Top-view photograph of the extraction/enrichment microfluidic chip.
The mesoporous-silica nano-channels in the reservoir are characterized by high-resolution SEM. The two cross-sectional SEM images are with the sample cut along the two directions denoted in the figure. The SEM at the left-side shows the longitudinal direction of the nano-channels and the right one shows the transverse direction of the channels where the nano-pore entrances can be seen.
