Phylogenetic tree of DRB exon 2 sequences (249 bp) of forest musk deer and 15 Bola DRB3 sequences from bovine MHC DRB3 loci (GenBank Accession nos: AY817099–AY817102, AY817104–AY817106, AY826404–AY826411).

The BoLA DRB1*0101 (GenBank Accession nos: M30009) was used to root the tree. The numbers over the branch indicate Bayesian posterior probabilities while the numbers below the branch are the likelihood bootstrap values (only those >50% are shown).
