Glucose binding sites of Bgl1A, Bgl1B, B:H228T and B:N301Q/V302F determined by computational docking.
In different proteins, most glucose bound to the substrate channel wall at a few same sites, around the channel bottom, middle and entrance, respectively. The binding were simulated by molecular docking and the images were made with PyMOL (http://www.pymol.org/)32, with glucose shown with colored sticks.
